As we begin the new year in 2024 and in an era of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), we would like to invite Financial Practitioners, aka self-employed individuals on a journey of self-discovery, as they build and amplify their personal brand online to attract like-minded customers to them!
Over the years, we have build a 5-day curriculum on digital branding for Working Professionals.
Day 1 of the curriculum is about "Building and Kickstarting your Digital Brand", in this case, as a Financial Practitioner, you will gain clarity about "What you do", and "Why you do what you do", and explore different ways to communicate about "Who you are" to your desired audience via digital platforms.
Personal Branding is an investment in yourself. Showing up online, and amplifying your voice in the digital space.

We have conducted Digital Branding workshop for Adult Educators, Freelancers and Working Professionals. A big misconception is that "Personal Branding" or "Digital Branding" is only for those who own a business. That's simply not true!
Clients can request for a private run to be conducted over Zoom or Face to Face.

Day 2 of the curriculum is about using a Social Media platform to amplify your brand. Social Media audits are also done to bridge gaps and opportunities.
Note: We typically recommend the following social media platforms as a good start - Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube
Why do we recommend Instagram?
Instagram platform is a low lying fruit for many small business owners and financial advisers, as this social media platform has more than 50% of Singaporeans using it.
As of March 2024, there were 3 256 000 Instagram users in Singapore, which accounted for 50.8% of our entire population. Why do I recommend LinkedIn? In the past 3-4 years, the amount of Singaporeans whom have hopped on the wagon DOUBLED!
There are 4 299 000 Linkedin users in Singapore in March 2024, which accounted for 67.1% of Singapore's entire population.
More than paying attention to the number of users there are in each social media platform, we should pay attention to the (a) relevancy of the platform for your purpose and objectives as a business owner, financial adviser and practitioner, (b) the type of content you share online and (c) how often your audience show up on the platform
